Step 1 - Check your ratchet receiver. Impacted harnesses have an open receiver on the ratchet body (see illustration below).
Step 2- Check to see if t-nuts are visible inside the belt pocket (see illustration below)
- Option A - If T-nuts are visible, order the Hyperlock Design Upgrade Kit. To order your upgrade components, visit https://rideengine.com/products/hyperlock-design-upgrade-kit, add the free upgrade kit to your cart, enter your shipping address, and proceed to checkout.
- Option B - If T-nuts are not visible, please complete the Hyperlock Safety Bulletin Service Form to initiate your request. Be sure to include 3 photos of your harness when submitting the request (pictured below)
